Usually nokia users have some problem with their smart phone where its unable to start or restart automatically. what you need to do is just hard format your phone. you can go to shop and make them fix it for you but it cost a lot...but make sure you bakup all the information on your phone memory as the phone will become to its original setting
Here is the method
1. make sure your batery at least 40% full
2. turn off your phone
3. press "green button" + "star" + "3" then press on button
4. continue to press all the 3 button untill you can see FORMATTING on your screen
so after the phone start it will be just like new...(the software only, your phone still looks like your bought it 2 years ago :-)
